STEVEN HAYWARD: Axioms and animadversions (third bullet).
Listening to the metaphysicians of the Democratic Party handing out fundamental human rights like Halloween candy summons to mind another axiom from Burke: “What is the use of discussing a man’s abstract right to food or medicine? The question is upon the method of procuring and administering them. In that deliberation I shall always advise to call in the aid of the farmer and the physician, rather than the professor of metaphysics.”
For 'professor of metaphysics' read 'Democrat presidential candidate'.

The second bullet is simply the Law of Large Numbers writ in political terms. Voter fraud may be effective at the (very) local level; not at state or national levels. The chief effect (i.e., 'Russian collusion') is to sow discontent with the process.

And Google is at least as guilty, if not more so, than the Russians.
