RANDOM COMMENT ON TODAY'S IMPEACHMENT HEARING: Lt. Col. Vindman apparently said 'It is my job to coordinate U.S. policy' during his testimony today. It was apparent (to me, at least) that Vindman believes that 'coordinate U.S policy' means 'create U.S. policy'.

He misunderstands: the President creates policy; the 'interagency' implements it.
