CRUZ ON SYRIA: destroy Syria's chemical weapons; then get out.

Sen. Cruz has it correct. The strategic issue for the United States is the proliferation/use of chemical weapons. If the position of the U.S. is that chemical weapons must never be used, by anyone, then it must intervene, destroy the weapons, manufacturing sites, storage facilities, and delivery systems -- and then leave.
