TECHNOLOGY: Dianne Feinstein's Quixotic suggestion to 'scrub' the internet.

ARE PEOPLE getting more health care because of ObamaCare? No, it's just costing more. The 'bright side' is that they're not getting less health care, or worse health care, both of which I expected.
