GLENN REYNOLDS: Make the Supreme Court lots bigger.

I could perhaps consider Reynolds' suggestion if the 50 justices to be appointed to the new Court were (a) not lawyers and (b) term-limited. There is, after all, no Constitutional requirement that Justices be lawyers.
