ZOMBIE COAL PLANTS reanimated to stabilize the (supposedly 'smart') power grid. The 'zombie' generators are nothing more that huge synchronous capacitors, needed whenever power is transmitted long distances rather than being generated locally. They do little more than absorb energy and waste money.
