SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD IDEA TO ME: Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) will introduce a bill this week to cut off aid to the Palestinian government unless it recognizes Israel’s right to exist. It should be 'until', not 'unless' and all future appropriations should be contingent upon the Palestinian government living up to that recognition.
