'PLAYING POLITICS?' Sen. James Inhofe, (R-OK), says the EPA may have delayed issuing a regulation limiting carbon emissions from new power plants so the rule would not be finalized until after the midterms.
'May' have delayed? May? What's the problem with accurately writing just plain 'delayed'?
