SENATORS PROPOSE ‘blank slate’ approach to tax reform. Oh, bull. All this will do is set off a lobbyist frenzy at the pork trough. If they were even semi-serious, they'd propose scrapping the current tax code and replacing it with either the flat tax or the fair tax.
