(7/8) GOOD NEWS; BAD NEWS: Platner just killed the Democrats' brand; you’re gonna hate what replaces it.

(7/9) GRAHAM PLATNER suspends his Maine Senate campaign. I was hoping he'd stay in the race.

Apparently he has only suspended his campaign, not withdrawn from the race, which he's supposed to announce on Monday, the last day to (legally) withdraw. I hope he doesn't; it will serve the Democrats their just deserts.
