NOT NEARLY ENOUGH: What do immigrants owe us?

Here's a thought: (1) If they're here illegally, and with criminal records, kick them out. No if, ands, or buts. Out. Forever. (2) If they're here illegally, but with no criminal records, then let those who wish to stay and become citizens pay a nonrefundable charge equivalent to the fees (legal and otherwise) paid by legal immigrants. That charge must be paid over a fixed period of time or goodbye, no refund, no return.
