CALIFORNIA TO TAX BILLIONAIRES? Minnesota responds: Hold our beer!

[Minnesota] Government has largely become a quasi-criminal enterprise through which public employees steal money from the rest of us. Estimates vary, but every economic analysis I have seen places public employee compensation somewhere between 1.5 and two times compensation in comparable employment in the private sector. Legislatures exist largely to line the pockets of already-privileged government employees.
