ANTIFA has awakened the sleeping giant.

I always liked the French philosopher Michel de Montaigne’s quote, which given the attachment of Antifa to our supposed institutions of "higher learning" seems very appropriate here:

I prefer the company of peasants as they have not been educated sufficiently to reason incorrectly.

[T]here seems to be an inverse relationship between educational credentials and what we used to refer to as common sense.

Which should be obvious to any thinking American....
