RANDOM THOUGHT: After 3-1/2 years of the Biden administration, DEI should rightfully be redefined as Diversity, Equity, Incompetence.

I've thought of two more I-words that might fit -- idiocy and ignorance -- but even idiots can be competent at some tasks and ignorance is at least somewhat addressable.
