FALLING LEAVES 2022, WEEK 7:
I have to say at this point it almost looks like Fall is over early. Here's the usual pond view. Leaves are almost all gone, those remaining are all brown. Even the tulip magnolia in the foreground has begun to turn.
Around the fire pit, leaves have gone from yellow/gold to brown (those remaining) and the yard is strewn with leaves even after almost daily use of the leaf blower to keep the grass clear.
Even with all the leaves, the grass is still growing (to my surprise) and only the evergreens have any leaves remaining
Finally a view of the back side of the house, where last week there were still plenty of yellow/red leaves on the trees. This week they're on the ground.
