PENNSYLVANIA GOV. TOM WOLF [D - (natch)] calls for $2,000 payments to help families ‘survive inflation’.

Did it occur to him to cut Pennsylvania taxes? Of course not. The Democrats only care about wealth transfer; not wealth creation.
