UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE YEAR (SO FAR): The world's weak leadership isn't up to the Ukraine crisis.

It does appear to me, though, that ordinary citizens are beginning to move where our 'leadership' fears to tread. Actions matter; strongly worded statements do not.
