DEREK HUNTER: Are some people just bad?

Usually I go with Occam's Razor (never attribute to malice that which be explained by stupidity); this time I'm conflicted. I hope Lindsey Graham is just stupid, but the more I see him, the more certain I am that he's only there to polish his image.
