ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY Student organizations demand administration to 'withdraw' Kyle Rittenhouse.

If the ASU administration had any spine it would kick those organizations [Students for Socialism, Students for Justice in Palestine, Multicultural Solidarity Coalition, and MECHA de ASU] off campus and 'withdraw' their membership from the University.

But they didn't; apparently Rittenhouse is no longer (an online) student there. Whether it was voluntary on Rittenhouse's part or ASU isn't clear.

UPDATE: ASU rejects student demands, refuses to ban Rittenhouse from future enrollment. Obviously I was wrong is posting that ASU backed down. but the 'who, when, and how' of his leaving the online program still isn't clear. Nevertheless, kudos to ASU for not backing down. I wish they had been much stronger in punishing the student organizations for their 'demands' but a small victory is still a victory.
