This is despite the fact that they are 30% more likely to test positive for the virus, the data showed.
... as the article implies (but doesn't make explicit), the urban black population in NYC are more likely to live in crowded, relatively unsanitary conditions where they are much more likely to have strong immunity systems. I've asked the same question before with respect to California's homeless population -- why aren't the street people dying in droves?
No one in the chattering (or governing) class seems to be willing to address the question.
