WUHAN FLU [CORONAVIRUS] UPDATE for November 13, 2020:
Not so good news tonight; daily deaths appear not to have stabilized. The rate of increase isn't too much, but the 7-day rolling average is increasing. Confirmed positive cases remain constant at about 7% but even that percentage is increasing some. On the bright side, the survival rate remains high and improving slightly.
