WUHAN FLU [CORONAVIRUS] UPDATE for September 8, 2020:
Still good news ... trends are clearly on a downward trajectory. Deaths have been below 1,000/day nationally since August 30th and the 7- and 14- day smoothed data is steadily coming down.

Until I can find a new metric, I'm dropping my estimate of the coronavirus death rate. Without a meaningful estimate of the total population exposed/infected, the metric is meaningless.

As I noted previously, the coronavirus 'pandemic' in Georgia is over. Confirmed cases, daily deaths, and hospitalizations continue to drop steadily.

The time to fully reopen the state is now.
