ANOTHER RANDOM THOUGHT: The Democrat party is what happens when the inmates are allowed to run the asylum. For other examples where adult supervision is sadly lacking, you need only look at the mainstream media (Jim Acosta, anyone?) and our 'elite' colleges and universites (Harvard? Yale?).
