PLAYING HARDBALL? Mitch McConnell to negotiate with minority leader Chuck Schumer on impeachment trial rules. I certainly hope so; I'd like him to be able to tell Schumer he has 51 votes and intends to follow exactly the same rules the Democrats followed to impeach the President.
