He's right. We should pretty much pull our troops everywhere back home, tell all the world that they can run their countries any way the wish; warn them that any attack on the U.S., its territories, properties, or persons will be traced back to its source; that that source, wherever located, will be obliterated from the face of the earth; and the rubble left as a warning to others.
