WHY LOW-POLLING DEMOCRATS still have a chance.

My guess is that if the Democrats are going to win in 2020, it will have to be a candidate who hasn't declared yet. The only declared candidates who might even have a chance are (in my book) Tulsi Gabbard and John Delaney, and both are polling in the low zeros.
