IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Washington state joins New Jersey in trying to keep Trump off the 2020 ballot.

Um, they might want to check the Constitution: the sole requirements to be on the ballot are (a) to be a natural born citizen, and (b) at least 35 years of age (Article 2,Section 1). There doesn't seem to be any requirement in the Constitution or its Amendments to either pay taxes or file a tax return to be on the ballot.

Added thought: there is a 14 year 'resident within the United States' requirement, which I suppose could eventually be used to grant a naturalized citizen the right to run for President.
