HEALTHCARE: "Balance billing" must stop.

Look, it's not just the in-network/out-of-network problem; it's the problem of not knowing in advance of any procedure who's going to bill you and for what. Even with Medicare, for which I am (unfortunately) eligible, I don't have a clue for what or how much I am going to be billed until typically 1-3 months after the procedure.

The entire healthcare establishment needs to be taken down - no, demolished, nuked from orbit - and fee-for-service or something similarly patient-controlled reestablished.

'Medicare for All' is a euphemism for 'all except the patient'.
