IT’S NOT MY FAULT, it’s neurobiological. To a certain extent, I'm surprised at the court's verdict; it seems to be a basic tenet of progressive policy that individuals cannot be held responsible for their own failures.
The Fifth Circuit isn't 'woke' yet....
