GOOD FOR HIM: Scott Pruitt is rolling back one of the EPA’s most expansive powers.

I still wish President Trump would take Pruitt into the Oval Office and read him the riot act about his ethical misadventures, but that said, he has done an exceptional job of rolling back the EPA's regulatory overreach.
