IT'S NOT A BUG, IT'S A FEATURE: Does the Republican tax plan "screw Democratic voters"?

Actually it "screws the rich" in both red and blue states since they're the ones most likely to be able to take advantage of itemized deductions vice the standard deduction. Which is interesting, since the Republicans are generally considered to be the party of the rich.
