CABINET NOMINEES are in for a rude awakening.

This Townhall post was written about a month ago, just as Trump's Cabinet nominees were beginning to be named. When it was published, I tended to agree with the author based on my own experience in the defense industry, but now that the confirmation hearings are underway, I'm beginning to believe thatTrump's cabinet nominees will be able to move the bureaucracy.
