NASA’S MULTI-UTILITY TECHNOLOGY TESTBED (MUTT) drone looks like an airplane crossed with a stingray, and will test how 'wobbly parts' (i.e., flexible wings) work on aircraft.

It looks 'mean enough' that we should arm it and send it out to hunt terrorists....
