I'LL BELIEVE IT WHEN I SEE IT: U.S. to pursue an aggressive energy agenda as it takes over major Arctic group. Despite the Obama administration's claims to the contrary, I suspect the 'aggressive action' will be to try to deny drilling rights to everyone.
