IS DRUNKENESS a real problem with the Secret Service?

If your job was to take a bullet for that worthless narcissist we had the misfortune to elect President, wouldn’t you drink? My memory ain’t all that great, but I don’t recall such Secret Service problems with Bush II/Clinton/Bush I administrations.
