JUAN WILLIAMS: GOP has become almost a completely white party. Umm, Mia Love? Elaine Chao? Ben Carson? Tim Scott? Herman Cain? Allen West? Bobby Jindal? Nikki Haley? Susanna Martinez? These are Democrats?

I'm always surprised when the Democrats try this particular race card, since I can easily name a dozen or so non-white Republicans. When asked about non-white Democrats, the only two that come easily to mind are Rev. Al and Jesse Jackson.

The other thing I've noticed over the years is that the non-white Republicans are Americans first, and their ethnicity is second (if at all). For the Democrats, it's ethnicity first, then American (maybe).
