THE PRESIDENT'S SPEECH:

The president interrupted NCIS to say: “I am not doing anything for awhile.” He didn’t even say he would be back in touch. I wish he had given the speech last night, interrupting the Skins-Eagles game and enabling the Skins to catch their breath.
