MORNING EXAMINER: Are Democrats prepared to run on single payer in 2014? My question: Are Liberals, especially unions and Government employees willing to step down to the level of healthcare quality they would get in single-payer? Or is single-payer only for the little people? And are the little people also willing to take a step down in quality?
