SO WHY NOT tax late-term abortions

SO WHY NOT tax late-term abortions? 'Sin taxes' are nothing new; tobacco and liquor are obvious examples. But how about fat taxes on junk food and soft drinks? And aren't progressive income taxes essentially taxes on the sin of being successful?
