OBAMA’S CLIMATE ACTION PLAN: Emphasize what won't work; penalize what will work.
Or, as Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) was talking about Obama's African tour when she quipped: “I encourage him to note what life looks like in parts of the continent where people do not have — or cannot afford — access to energy.”
Only Obama will never lower himself to go to such parts of Africa -- as former President George W. Bush just did.
