MADE IN SPACE: A 3D printer
MADE IN SPACE: A 3D printer has passed its zero-gravity test as it readies for a visit to the International Space Station. NASA is also funding the development of a prototype 3D 'pizza printer' designed to make space food products out of raw materials that have a long shelf life.
