OLD BUDGET NEWS:
"White House Press Secretary Jay Carney confirmed yesterday that whenever Obama does eventually get around to releasing a budget, it will not balance. Ever. Neither will the Senate Democrat budget set to be released this week, despite including a brand new trillion dollar tax hike."
