NOW WE KNOW: The $1.2 trillion in tax cuts the Democrats are so proud of are mostly fiction. Using the Democrats' logic I just saved $4.40, or 0.73% of my annual budget, by not going out and buying my usual croissant and cup of coffee this morning.
