DAN MITCHELL: Do Tax Cuts "Starve the Beast"? The answer appears to be 'probably not' simply because legislators can -- and usually do -- reverse the tax cuts within a few years.

Smaller government, doing less, is the only solution. Perhaps, just perhaps, now Americans are beginning to realize that Big Government means Big Control over their lives. It's not OPL (other people's lives) any more.
