VIRGINIA ATTORNEY GENERAL KEN CUCCINELLI:

The biggest threat to businesses isn't the possibility of tax hikes - as bad as that would be - it's the uncertainty and costs imposed on the market that are directly attributable to the explosion of regulations under the current administration.

If Mitt Romney wins it will be a huge victory to stop the rising tide of regulation. Governor Romney has called these regulations, "unprecedented, unpredictable, and unproductive." He's right. He's also pledged to repeal the Federal healthcare law.

However, you can bet that in his last two months President Obama is going to try to ram through all the job-killing legislation and regulations he can.

He may even have good intentions, but we all know that the results will not be good for American entrepreneurs and taxpayers. The fact is regulations kill opportunity and economic growth.

Last year, the President placed on hold EPA regulations on ozone levels. I think it's a safe bet that he'll revisit that next year, if he gets more "flexibility" by being re-elected.

We cannot afford this anymore. We have to live within our means and put a stop to the destruction of our economy with out of control and illegal regulations.
From my email.
