ONE THING I've noticed about the Democrat National Convention over the past two days is the generally negative tone and relentless attacks on Republicans. They don't appear to be happy unless they're attacking someone. Here are two recent examples.

There was a time when the Democrat Party was thought of as the Mommy party; it isn't, it is the Bully Party.
