GOOD LORD! The Ryan Plan vs. the President’s Budget.


Compared to the President's Budget, the Ryan Plan constitutes about a 1% annual reduction in spending. And the Democrats consider that catastrophic? Scaled to my budget, a 1% reduction in spending is pocket change -- not even cigarette money.

And Heaven knows I could stand to quit smoking....
