U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service are investigating the deaths of six golden eagles at a California wind farm in Tehachipi. The company that operates the wind turbines could face prosecution under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act and the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act - and the lights could go out for 56,000 Los Angeles homes.
