Texas has some of the best county courthouse architecture, along with an ongoing state-wide effort to preserve and remodel them.I hope you stopped for barbecue at Kreuz Market or Smitty's.
How very true. The Courthouse was magnificently restored.As for barbeque, I wish .... Kreuz has moved from the corner of the square to just off 183 south of the square. Smitty's didn't exist the last time I was in Lockhart.Black's hasn't changed, though.
