"It's the nature of the network," [Marine Maj. Carl] Redding told Fox News, adding that he believes the blocked access is not intentional.

It’s tempting to say “Yeah, right ...”, but I’m inclined to believe Maj. Redding. Both times I embedded in Iraq, there were days when I’d be denied access to web sites I’d visited the day before – and would visit again a day later.
